Delivery

All our orders are delivered via Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD (With the exception of live stock orders, these are delivered by our own team) please see our shipping policy for more detail.

Warranty

Crowle Quail is a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd and are pleased to offer a 14 day from time of purchase warranty against manufacture defects on all products. Crowle Quail (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd) must be informed of the issue within three days of sale for our warranty to be valid. Crowle Quail (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd) reserves the right to instruct the customer on the proper usage of the device to correct any issues. Customers have 3 options returning goods once Crowle Quail (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd) has been contacted and the warranty return has been approved by us.
Receipt of purchase must be retained and returned.

1) The customer can return the defective item to our warehouse, Crowle Quail (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd) does not accept returns of items that are not defective due to a manufacturing issue. Crowle Quail (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd) does not accept the return of items that have been damaged by the user, and reserves the right to determine if that is the case when the goods are returned for up to 48hrs, Crowle Quail's (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd) decision is final.

2) The customer can purchase a replacement over the phone or through the website paying the full price including shipping. When the returned goods have been received a refund will be issued for the purchase price plus the shipping charge using the method that the goods were purchased with. This option allows you to get the replacement as quick as possible, and also allows you to purchase additional product beyond what is being replaced with your shipping cost refunded. 3) The customer can mail the defective item back to Crowle Quail (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd). Once received Crowle Quail (a brand of Avian Breeding Ltd) will send out the replacement item using regular post.
